1. General Policy
Ziyo operates as an enterprise infrastructure provider for micro-settlements. Due to the cryptographic nature of "Minting Credits" and the immediate allocation of system resources upon generation, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly defined.
2. Minting Credits & No-Refund Rule
All credit purchases are final. Once the "Minting" process has been initiated and cryptographic reward codes are generated, no refunds shall be issued. Credits are non-transferable between different Programs or Brands.
3. Credit Expiration (24-Month Rule)
Minting Credits purchased for "Programs" are valid for a maximum duration of 24 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits or un-scanned reward codes after this 24-month period shall expire automatically to ensure data minimization and liability closure. Expired credits are strictly non-refundable.
4. Platform Console Subscription
The monthly Platform Console Subscription (if applicable) can be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund the current active month.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe an erroneous charge was made due to a technical failure on the Ziyo platform, please contact our support team at support@ziyo.in within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the logs and, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund if a verifiable platform error is found.
